Fully fitted kitchen, with cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. At  a lower level there is an additional shower room and w.c.

Outside there is a large shaded terrace with dining table. A large well fenced garden. Newly fitted swimming pool. A BBQ area and summer kitchen are situated at the other end of the garden. The garden is well fenced and safe for children to play in.

A small supermarket just 5 minutes drive from the house at St. Jean de Barrou. A further five minutes to Durban Corbières where there are Doctors pharmacy, supermarket petrol station, bank, a bar and restaurant. The beach can be reached in less than 30 minutes.
